Refund Policy

At Knowledge4All, we offer digital products and downloadable resources. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final unless there is a technical issue, duplicate charge, or delivery failure caused on our side.

If you do not receive your order, cannot access your files, or believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at [support email] with your order number and the email used at checkout.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, accidental purchases not reported promptly, failure to use the product, or dissatisfaction based on personal results.

Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold by Knowledge4All are digital. No physical goods are shipped.

After checkout, your purchase will be delivered electronically through a download link, email, or access instructions shown on the confirmation page. Most orders are fulfilled immediately after payment.

If your files do not arrive within 30 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact Nigelvanvarik@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue.
